Graduation/Transfer Rate

Graduation/transfer rates characterize student progress toward completion of a certificate or Associate degree, or transfer to another institution for continuing progress toward a degree. These measures track cohorts of full-time, first-time degree/certificate-seeking undergraduate students and their completion or transfer status at 150% of the normal time to complete all requirements of their program of study. Three-years is 150% time for an Associate degree, but certificate programs are generally of shorter duration (adapted from IPEDS Graduation Rate Survey Instructions).
